Ingredients
- 4-5 small red or green tomatoes (depending on the color you want)
- 1 small onion
- 8-10 stems of cilantro
- 1 jalopeno pepper or other green pepper (for however much hotness you can handle)
- salt to taste
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
Process:
- Add ingredients 1-4 in the food processor and chop to a nice consistency.
- Add all the other ingredients 5-7 after pouring it in a nice bowl. Mix it all.
- Taste to make sure it suits your taste!
I have found that this salsa is best when eaten fresh - within a day or two. Don't forget to refrigerate!
